Medication Refills
If you are an established patient and need a medication refill, please call your pharmacy and request them to fax a refill request to our office. After reviewing your chart, your provider will approve the refill or require you to come in for a follow-up visit. Please allow 48 hours to process the refill request. To check on the status of your refill, please call your pharmacy before you contact our office.
